Creating a way for young Rotarians to
connect with and gain mentorship
from Rotarians online.
Welcome to the Rotary Mentoring Hub
The Rotary Mentoring Hub offers a convenient way for Rotarians to offer their guidance and support to Rotaractors and young Rotarians. Through the Rotary Mentoring Hub, we hope to promote professional development within Rotary, lend support to our younger Rotary affiliates, and strengthen the relationships that propel Rotary forward.
Business networking and professional development are at the very foundation of Rotary. In 1905, Paul Harris-a Chicago attorney-formed the first Rotary club so professionals with diverse backgrounds could exchange ideas and form meaningful, lifelong friendships. The success of these relationships made it possible for Rotarians to give back to their communities.
Over 100 years later, Rotary has become the largest non-religious, non-political humanitarian organization in the world, with 1.2 million members in over 200 countries. We continue to honor Paul Harris’ legacy, offering business networking and professional development opportunities to our youth through mentorship.
How does it work?
Rotarians create an online mentor profile by clicking here.
Rotaractors & young Rotarians browse through mentor profiles. After finding a potential mentor, they agree to our Terms and Conditions and complete a Mentee Form by clicking here.
Once a mentee is verified as a Rotary affiliate by receiving confirmation of their involvement from their club president, the mentor is emailed the Mentee Form. If the mentor accepts the mentee, they connect directly with their mentee weekly for 2 months, totaling 8 mentorship sessions of 15 minutes each.
